How do I book a home healthcare service?
Download the Althix app, choose a service, select a date/time or duration, enter your address details, and confirm your booking. You can also call us at +91 80693 28824.
Which services does Althix offer at home?
Physiotherapy, home nursing, elderly care, baby care, caregivers, injection at home and wound dressing & first aid — plus digital health records, ABHA Health ID and AI health insights in the app.
Which cities does Althix serve?
Althix home healthcare services are currently available in Delhi and Noida (including Greater Noida). More cities are coming soon.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Yes, you can manage, reschedule or cancel bookings directly from the Althix app.
Can I book recurring services?
Yes, recurring scheduling is supported for select services like physiotherapy sessions, injections and nursing visits.
Do I need to provide equipment?
Basic supplies are usually provided by our professionals. Any special requirements are informed to you in advance.
Professionals & Safety
Are the professionals background-verified?
Yes, all professionals go through identity verification, background checks and structured training before joining the Althix platform.
Can I request a replacement professional?
Yes. If you're not comfortable with an assigned professional, contact us and we will arrange a replacement promptly.
Are male and female professionals both available?
Yes, you can share your preference while booking and we will assign accordingly, subject to availability.
Payments & Pricing
What payment options are available?
UPI, debit/credit cards, and supported in-app payment methods.
How is pricing decided?
Pricing depends on the service type and duration (time-slot or shift based). You see the full price before confirming any booking — no hidden charges. See our Pricing page for details.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed as per our Refund Policy, available in the Legal section of our website.
Digital Health & ABHA
What is the ABHA Health ID and is it free?
ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) is a government-backed 14-digit health ID that links all your health records. Creating it through Althix with your Aadhaar is completely free.
Is my health data secure with Althix?
Yes. Your records are stored encrypted, never shared without your consent, and remain fully under your control.
Can I manage health records for my family?
Yes, you can create profiles for parents, children and loved ones and manage all their records from one account.
