1. Intellectual Property & Restrictions on Copying

  • The App and all its content, including software, design, text, graphics, and features, are the intellectual property of Mediamour Technologies Pvt Ltd.
  • You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or reverse-engineering any part of Althix without prior written consent from Mediamour Technologies Pvt Ltd.

2. Data Access & Privacy

  • Unauthorized access, collection, or use of any data within Althix is strictly prohibited.
  • Users must not attempt to extract, download, or distribute any confidential or sensitive data from the App.
  • Althix may collect and store certain information in accordance with our Privacy Policy to provide healthcare services, manage records, and enable ABDM and telemedical features.

3. Account & Login Credentials

  • Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Sharing login details with others is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized access due to shared credentials will be considered a breach of these terms.
  • If unauthorized access is detected, the account may be suspended or terminated immediately.

4. Usage & Access Guidelines

  • If you are using Althix as part of your employment or affiliation with Mediamour Technologies Pvt Ltd or as a registered pharmacist or healthcare professional, your access may be revoked upon disassociation or violation of usage guidelines.
  • You agree not to retain, use, or distribute any proprietary information from Althix after ending your association with our services.
  • Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

5. Violations & Consequences

  • Any breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, or other consequences as deemed necessary by Mediamour Technologies Pvt Ltd.
  • We reserve the right to monitor and take necessary actions to enforce compliance with these terms.

6. Changes to Terms

  • Mediamour Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of Althix after modifications will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
